Exchange students

The University of Dayton welcomes students from numerous countries to study and live at UD as part of the exchange program. Interested students should contact Tina Manco, Partnership and Exchange Coordinator, at (937) 229-3553 or tina.manco@notes.udayton.edu. 

Deadlines for applying are March 15 for Fall semester, and October 15 for Spring semester.  Applications may be accepted after those dates, however Housing and Registration options do become limited beyond those dates.

At the time of application you will be asked to submit up to seven courses in which you wish to enroll. View the available courses for your term at UD using WebAdvisor, our online registration tool.

Visa requirements >>
Our Partnership and Exchange Coordinator will provide you with the paperwork necessary to obtain a visa once you have submitted your financial documents. We will need an affidavit or bank statement indicating that you have the financial support to cover the following (approximate) expenses in USD for each semester you attend the University of Dayton:

  a. Housing (on campus) $2,890-$4,400
  b. Meals (on campus) $1,400-$1,600
  c. Books $300-$450
  d. Insurance (UD option) $250
  e. Spending money $400-$800
  Total semester Budget $5,040-$5,790

Be sure to complete the online arrival form at least two weeks before you leave so we can arrange for a student or CIP staff member to pick you up.
