Friday, August 22 5:00-7:00 pm McGinnis Center Update your address Students with a change of address must notify the DSO (International Student Services Coordinator) within ten days of an address change. Change of Address Form >> State ID cards State ID cards may be obtained from the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) for the cost of $8.50. Take your passport and visa, DS-2019, and I-94 card to the BMV to obtain an ID card. The BMV is located in Dayton at 451 West Third Street, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Contact them at (937) 225-4480 ext. 625. A social security number is NOT required to obtain an ID or a Driver's License in the state of Ohio. Many of the resources you encounter may state that the SSN is required to obtain a license or an ID card, but this only applies if the individual has been issued an SSN.
