Degree programs

International business
International business offers a multidisciplinary education in the context of the global business environment. Students may combine the major with another business program, or they may focus on an area of specialization by obtaining a minor in a language and taking courses in the history and culture of the area. Certificates in international business are available for non-business students with an emphasis in either marketing and human resources or economics and finance. A minor in international business is also available. Visit http://www.sba.udayton.edu/interbus/.

International Studies and Human Rights
International studies is a multidisciplinary major designed for students interested in acquiring a broad-based international perspective. The curriculum includes courses in economics, history, political science, foreign language study, and a choice among a variety of concentrations. An international and/or cross-cultural experience is required. Minors are available in either international studies or human rights. Visit https://artssciences.udayton.edu/internationalstudies/.

Languages
The Department of Languages at the University of Dayton offers majors and minors in the modern languages — French, German and Spanish — as well as instruction in Arabic, Italian, Latin, Mandarin Chinese and, occasionally, beginning and intermediate Russian.
