PASSPORT FAIR — November 18, 2008

Get your passport application processed on campus!
The Dayton Main Post Office will provide Sales and Service Associates to process passport applications on UD's campus.

Passport photo service will also be offered for an additional $15.00 fee.

What is needed to get a passport:
Proof of US Citizenship (one of the following):
  • Certified US Birth Certificate
  • Previous US Passport
  • Certificate of Naturalization or Citizenship
  • Consular Report of Birth Abroad or Certification of Birth
Proof of Identity (one of the following):
  • Current, valid driver’s license
  • Certificate of Naturalization or Citizenship
  • Government ID
  • Military ID
  • For minors under 14 years of age, each child must appear in person and both parents or legal guardians must present evidence of identity.
Two identical passport photos (Photo service will be provided for an additional $15.00 fee)
  • 2 x 2 inches in size
  • Taken within past 6 months
  • Color
  • Full-face, front view with a plain white or off white background
  • Normal street attire, no hats or headgear
Passport Applications (Form DS-11) will be provided by the Post Office.

For those renewing passports, USPS will bring the renewal forms (DS-82). Please bring your most recent passport and two identical passport photos.

Passport photos: $15.00 additional fee to USPS

Passport processing takes about six weeks to receive from the Department of State. Expedited passport processing service is also available for an additional fee.

The US Dept of State total may be paid with cash (an additional .95 money order fee will apply), check or money order; USPS fees may be paid with cash, check or money order.

NOTE: The Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative requires all travelers, including U.S. citizens, to and from the Americas, the Caribbean, and Bermuda to have a passport to enter or re-enter the United States when traveling by air effective January 8, 2007. Travel by land and sea entry has been proposed for June 2009.
